The induction cooking surface combines a significant energy saving (Around 30%) compared to a classic Electric Stove, with an extremely low risk of injury while using it. The heat is conveyed directly on the cookware, thus keeping the rest of the surface cool or slightly warmed at a temperature that doesn’t reperesent risk for harm. Even if a cooking zone is turned on, it won’t operate without the adequate cooking container. Total absence of thermic dissipation: all the energy is used to heat the cookware, and this will also guarantee cooking uniformity. Thanks to the 9 stages power selector will allow cooking at an exact and precise temperatures. The whole cooking surface is in smooth ceramic-glass, extremely easy to clean.
