The EASY 90 hood dishwasher is extremely versatile, it can be used alone or inserted in in-line or corner washing systems, combining it with entry, pre-wash and exit tables. The structure, bodywork and washing system are entirely made of stainless steel with Scotch-Brite finish. Built in compliance with CE regulations, it uses armored resistors with thermostatic protection to heat the water in the tank and the boiler, which is incorporated and made of AISI 304L stainless steel. It is also equipped with a microswitch to stop operation if the hood is opened. Thanks to an innovative washing system, which allows for significant water savings, the double-walled molded tub has a capacity of only 18 litres, and is equipped with a self-draining electric pump. Furthermore, all the details of the tank, the washing and rinsing impellers, the filters and the basket-holder frame, are completely removable, allowing easier and faster cleaning of the tank itself. Fully automatic operation with the use of electromechanical buttons, EASY offers a double washing program (75-180 seconds) and the rinse aid dispenser is standard.
