The portioning / volumetric rounder BM / 2 / AS is a complete equipment to make portions and automatically round loaf of pizza dough .
The BM / 2 / AS is the first making and / rounder continuous process, designed for pizzerias with cooled loaf maturation .
You can introduce up to Kg . 30-35 of unleavened dough in the top hopper and choose the appropriate cone and bell according to the desired weight , obtained portions are well dosed and rounded , ready to jump to the next stage of leavening .
The loaf weight can be set between 50 and 300 grams with a maximum tolerance of 10 % . The productivity per hour reaches 1200 balls / hour .
 
Unless otherwise specified , the cone and the bell will be included respectively 150/190 and 140/180 grams

The dough-rounder AS / T rounding portions of pizza dough according to the desired weight , ensuring sphericity and compactness to the previously cut loaf .
The small size and a simple operation determining , for a long time , extensive application . For continuous use is recommended to prepare every time a fair amount of cut pieces ( manually or with portioning BM / 2 ) . The machine is equipped with a bell to choose from among those available .
