The AISI 316 Stainless Steel Tank, Higly resistant to corrosion from sauces or salt, apart from being used for cooking large quantities of soups, can be used to boil large quantities of vegetables, with the utilization of special baskets. This particular version, with direct heating, is to be used for the preparations of waterly soups, that doesn't require stirring. Cleaning and maintenance operations are made easier by the tank with rounded corners and by the water inlet tap. The motorized tilting will increase the ease-of-use and cleaning and maintenance operations will become even simpler. The supporting structure's thickness is 30\10, Stainless Steel built.
