Versatile and Performant Barbeque Grill, Gas Powered with Infrared Heating. The H Young Line is equally fit to be operated both outdoor and indoor, because it does not produce fumes or unpleasant smelling. This is possible due to the cooking technology adopted, that uses Gas Burners behind a Ceramic Surface: This gets heated up to 850°C thus cooking the food by Heating irradiation. Thanks to this method, cooking will be fast, the surface of the food will soon get sealed, preserving all the juices and natural flavours.
It is possible to cook Meat, Fish, Vegetables, Fruits and Pizza. Also it is possible to Roast, Toast Bread, Heat up Sandwiches or Pre-Cooked food, Stirfry food like Breaded Cutlets and so, or also Crisp up food cooked using Slow-Cook techniques.
Equipped with Single Burner with 3 Ceramic Glass Plates, with closed sides and rear panel. The WGIO17 IN&OUT, is the Ideal Barbeque Grill for your Kitchen and Garden space. With its closed sides, this model ensures a faster heating and higher overall temperature, and moreover its smoke and smell emissions will be lower. It can be mounted in one minute and dismounted in two minutes. Using a specifical bag, available in different colors and with low encumbrance,it is possible to take it anywhere with little effort. The grill comes with a removable tray that is placed under the cooking grill: this tray will collect any liquid and fat the food may lose. Entirely built in AISI 304 Stainless Steel, it’s sturdy and resistant to corrosion. Any part can be cleaned using a dishwasher, with the exception of the Gas Burners.
