The PRS120 ravioli machine is an automatic electric machine for producing double sheet ravioli already cut and separated with soft fillings of meat, vegetables and cheese in different formats. The mold and the pasta sheet die are NOT included, Using the AV200 / 350 sheet wrapper, which forms the puff pastry rolls, it works by taking the sheets, calibrated, from two rollers positioned on the appropriate supports. Through the INTERCHANGEABLE MOLDS it produces already separated cut ravioli of various shapes. The ravioli are transported to the outside by means of a special belt. Possibility to adjust the amount of filling. It can be combined with the SG30 pasta machine.
