Meat mincer 12TS - 380V Structure in polished aluminum with hopper in stainless steel. Machine with completely removable mincing group in AISI 304 stainless steel which allows it to be placed in the refrigerator without having to be cleaned of meat residues minced after each use in compliance with HACCP hygiene standards - low voltage controls - ø 52 mm meat inlet - reducer with gears in oil bath. Supplied with enterprise system with stainless steel plate (holes ø 6 mm) and self-sharpening stainless steel knife.
