Ideal for emulsifying, whipping cream and eggs, mixing and making pastry doughs such as shortcrust pastry, sponge cake, brioche, almond paste, marzipan. The solid and reliable mechanical structure does not fear the resistance that less liquid ingredients exert on the tool during the mixing stage. The speed variation of the tools takes place through a lever and is of the mechanical type. The particular belt variator provides a high driving torque at all speeds. This ensures maximum power even when the tool is running at the lowest speeds. Standard equipment: spiral, shovel, whisk.
