Compact and high-performant dough divider and rounder machine, perfect for small and medium productions. Semiautomatic and easy to use. It comes with a stainless steel basin to hold the dough to be split, and two trays for dough portions. The rounding operation is automatic and adjusted by a timer. In this way you can use the machine continuously: while the machine rounds up the portions produced using one of the two trays, the operator can empty the previously rounded tray and re-load the stainless steel basin with a new dough to be portioned. The rounding is delicate and is carried out without stressing the dough. Thanks to this machine, it is possible to achieve excellent results and to make dough dividing and rounding operations accessible to non-skilled personnel as well. Before ordering, specify the type of cup chosen:
