Rolling machines with double pair of parallel rollers RM42TA, with footpedal - pizza diameter 30-43 cm. It is an extremely versatile and functional machine thanks also to the standard electric pedal. This version has the upper roller unit parallel to the lower one for the production of circular or rectangular bases. The controls are digital. The lightly floured ball is manually inserted between the rollers through the mouth of the upper protection and automatically a base will be produced which with manual intervention will reach the rectangular shape, ideal for baking in the pan. If the dough is manually rotated half a turn by the operator at the exit of the upper roller unit, a disc of dough will be obtained.
