The PM500 dough sheeter has been built for a long lasting in time, very little maintenance required, easy to use. It is suitable for both pastry and catering. It can work different types of dough up to very thin thicknesses. Painted steel frame. The inlet and outlet belt conveyors have different alternate speeds, operated by a joystick for the choice of the movement. Equipped with stainless steel safety guards. Complete with: under shelves, flour tray, flour bowl and two pasta collectors at the end of the shelves. Once finished to work, its shelves can be raised upwards to take up less space. The PM500 is mounted on wheels to facilitate movement. Foot control on request for an easier use.
