Countertop stand mixer for pastry chefs from the Chef series, compact and space-saving. Operation takes place via an electronic variator with 6 pre-set speeds, by pressing buttons of great operational simplicity. The large power reserve and exceptional sturdiness make them suitable for highly professional use. The easily removable protective grid for washing, the safety devices, the many parts treated with food-grade chemical nickel and the certified paintwork have enabled this line of machines to obtain the approval of the most prestigious international quality certification bodies.
