The SA300 automatic divider breaks the dough into portions of weight from 50 to 300gr. It is equipped with a fixed cone, inside which reduction bushings can be inserted from time to time to obtain weights of 50/90, 80/130, 120/180, 170/230, 220/300 gr. Two safety microswitches on the opening of the machine control panel with general switch, emergency knob, start button. The position of the knife is adjusted laterally by a special knob operated by a continuously moving lever. In the upper part you can insert up to 30Kg of unleavened dough at a maximum temperature between 15 ° C and 20 ° C. Three-phase power supply. Standard equipment: 1 cone with 5 reduction bushings.
