The dough divider and rounder machines combine in a single operation both the dividing and the rounding of the portions, using a rotatory movement that emulates accurately the hand of a baker, precise and delicate. Using this version (3/4 automatic), the machine operates automatically the pressing and cutting of the dough while the operator modulates the rounding movement using the side lever.
