The dough divider and rounder machines combine in a single operation both the dividing and the rounding of the portions, using a rotatory movement that emulates accurately the hand of a baker, precise and delicate. Using this version (semi-automatic), the operator controls the pressing and cutting of the dough using the upper vertical lever and modulates the rounding movement using the side lever.
