The PG2-15 is a piston feeding machine for making dumplings. Presses and extrudes the dough without changing its structure; it is therefore ideal for obtaining very tender gnocchi. All the construction parts in contact with the dough are in stainless steel, pure and unalterable and suitable for contact with food. Work with both dumpling mixes and fresh potatoes. With the PG2-15 gnocchi machine it is possible to obtain smooth, striped and goodies gnocchi. Possibility of adjusting the length of the dumpling with a practical electric regulator on the front and the grooving depth. OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES: - extra glass; - special glass for "Grandma's Chicche"
